Double Room to Rent

Hi, I’m Julia. I’m 32 years old and live in Sproughton in my 2 bedroom flat. The room itself is 15ft x 6.7ft and is furnished with a bed, brand new mattress, bedside table and large double wardrobe. All bills included with Netflix and Amazon Prime on the lounge tv. Plenty of roadside parking available. Walking distance from Aldi and Morrison’s. Small shared garden for tenants with bike racking. I do spend time away from the flat so there will be times when you can have the place to yourself! Happy for pets to come along too.
I am a clean and tidy person, enjoy cooking and the outdoors. Would like to find someone (female) to enjoy the odd glass of wine with and chat! I am currently working at home but plan to go back to the office soon.
