Room for rent is double room with ensuite bathroom (WC and power shower). Furnished with double bed, chest, comfy chair, 20" LCD TV with Chromecast and HDMI port.

Large kitchen/dining room, conservatory and garden are shared spaces. Kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with gas range cooker, fridge/freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. Fully double glazed with gas central heating. Free parking on street outside.

There is also a lovely communal green space across from the front of the house where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air.

Situated in East Ipswich on Route 66 (2 mins walk to bus stop), 15 mins walk into town centre. Close driving distance to BT Adastral Park (15 mins), Ipswich Hospital (5 mins).

Your room will be cleaned once a week. You will be sharing with one professional female and one professional male (both single). The house is usually nice and quiet with the occasional friendly chat in the kitchen or conservatory.
