Single room near college, docks , park & town.

The house is opposite a small park, very near the Suffolk college, dock area and town centre, Also near bus stops and the bus station is not far away either.

I have lived here for 6 years, I have 3 grown up children who live in London & America they visit occasionally. I have a single rooms available from the start of July for a new lodger.

The rooms has a single bed , draws, a mirror, clothes rail rugs, a lamp & radiator It’s ready for viewing when my current lodger has moved out near the end of June. After this you are welcome to come and see the room/house too.

The house is a 3 bedroom terrace house, with two single size rooms available. One room is available is the Middle room. I regularly clean the shared areas and the house it is in good shape. I do expect people so clear up after themselves. When using bathroom or Kitchen.


There is a second smaller room also available in July.
I don’t eat meat or fish but don’t mind if you do :-) there is a separate fridge for my lodgers to share. I don’t like too much frying of food but as long as everyone cleans up after using the kitchen/bathroom all is good. Theres space in the freezer for everyone and a cupboard each for food, use of pots, pans plates etc… there’s a-living / dinning room, with t. v and good facilities. With an extra down stairs W. C washing machine and small back garden with table chairs and washing line . The internet and utilities are included.

Biggest drawback is there is only on street permit parking between 8am and 6pm Monday -Saturday . Tenants must be studying or in paid work and able to give a reference. Rent will always be due on the first day of the month.
