Single room near college, park & town centre.

The house is a three bedroom property with seven rooms in total . We are opposite a park, very near Suffolk college, the water front area and town centre. Also near grove lane bus stop for bus to town & hospital the number 5 /5a Town centre is a short walk away, sailmakers shopping centre & the bus station is not far away either.

I have lived here for over 6 years, I have 3 grown up children who live in London & America they visit occasionally. I have a lovely Lodger in one of my rooms and a single room available from this may. Viewing is preferable. Please contact me to arrange or ask any questions..

The rooms have a single bed , draws, a mirror, clothes rail, rugs, a lamp, extension cord and radiator. They are ready for viewing now, Please do message to arrange a viewing.

The house is a 3 bedroom terrace house, I regularly clean the shared areas and the house is in good shape. I do expect people so clear up after themselves. When using the bathroom or Kitchen etc.

I don’t eat meat or fish but don’t mind if you do :-) there is a separate fridge for my lodgers to share. I don’t like too much frying of food but as long as everyone cleans up after using the kitchen/bathroom all is good. There's space in the freezer for everyone and a cupboard each for food, use of pots, pans plates etc… there’s a-living / dinning room, with t. v and good facilities. With an extra down stairs W. C washing machine and dryer a small back garden with table chairs and washing line . The internet and utilities are included.

Biggest drawback is there is only on street permit parking between 8am and 6pm Monday -Saturday . Tenants must be studying or in paid work and able to give a reference. Rent will always be due on the first day of the month.
