This property offers off road parking for 2 cars and has one pay as you go electric car charging point. Please note that the charge is £40 addtional per month if you want a space on the driveway. if not you can park in Devonshire Road for free as there are no restrictions but you wont be guarenteed a space.

Parking for guests are in the parking bays surrounding the property after 5pm or on Devonshire Road which has no restrictions. There is a secure bike shed at the rear of the property which can be accessed by all tenants. There is a back garden with patio area and seating for the summer months leading out from the communal area patio doors.

A three-minute walk from the popular Alexandra Park, the property is a short walk from the popular marina area and also the town centre. Grove Lane is a one minute walk and is on the 66 Bus Route so ideal for BT and hospital workers. Ipswich Hospital is just over a mile away (23 minute walk) and Ipswich Rail Station is also just over a mile away in the opposite direction (a 24 minute walk). For drivers, Grove Lane/Foxhall Road connects directly to the A12, so this is fantastic access to all areas on this route. There are many local shops just a two minute walk away, including a co-op, independent café, barbers and pizza restaurant. Two local cinemas can be found less than a mile away from the house for film buffs!

We are looking for quiet and considerate working professional tenant to treat this property as their home and work alongside the weekly cleaner to keep it up to the excellent standard we expect. All ensuite bathrooms (but not the bedrooms) are cleaned on a rota system, as well as the communal areas being cleaned weekly as a complimentary service with no additional charge to our tenants. Please note this is currently an all female house share.
