There is a shared bathroom, but the guest have their own toilet and wash basin. I have a cleaner but would like my guest to clean up after them.
Ipswich station is a short bus ride and the train is just over an hour to London. I have fast 5G unlimited broadband. All bills are included, along with council tax.
I have a DBS cert as I have been host to Ukraine refugees.
Current agreement ? For a small deposit I will keep the room for you.
I prefer a female lodger, I have male friends but don't wish to share with a man.
