I have 1 room available in IP1. The room is available end of Feb/beginning of March.
I’m a professional male who’s in and out most days, clean and tidy home with shared lounge, bathroom, kitchen and garden including hot tub and with just myself here and 1 professional female tenant.
Looking for similar people to occupy the room - must be easy to get along with, professional, clean and quiet, self sufficient etc - no drug users or heavy drinkers etc
The room is a double room with double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. We have a shared toilet and shower room but the whole house is always clean and quiet and a really comfortable place to be.
There is parking for one car on the driveway otherwise road parking is also a available
The house is very close to amenities/shops, has some space for parking if needed and close to the A14 and bus routes
I do have the house up for sale but I do not have any offers or buyers lined up so you will be secure for the short term and it will be at least 3 months once a sale is agreed
