Rooms Available In IP1. Includes Hot Tub

I have 2 rooms available in IP1. The larger room is available immediately with the smaller room being available 1st July (estimated)
I’m a professional male who’s in and out most days, clean and tidy home with shared lounge, bathroom, kitchen and garden including hot tub and with just myself here currently (except 1 female tenant due to move out end of June)
Looking for similar people to occupy the room - must be easy to get along with, professional, clean and quiet, self sufficient etc - no drug users or heavy drinkers etc

The rooms are double rooms with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe,
It’s a very clean and quiet house

There is parking for one car on the driveway otherwise road parking is also a available
The house is very close to amenities/shops, has some space for parking if needed and close to the A14 and bus routes
