We have a double room available to rent in our home which has undergone full renovation. We are a professional couple with two cats.

We are looking for a quiet and tidy person who keeps to themselves and likes animals.

The property doesn’t have TV licence as we don’t watch TV, so that would be the only extra if you wish to watch live TV.

There is street parking only, without restrictions.

Also, stones throw away by car to Asda or Morrisons.
