Double bed with desk/dressing table, 2 side chest of drawers, wardrobe and tv, it includes bills and WiFi. Friendly and busy household within easy walking distance from the #University 1.9miles (29mins walk, 14mins by bus or 9mins by car) Close to the #hospital 1.8miles (38mins walk or 6mins drive) Derby road #train station is 0.8miles (16 mins walk) We are on good bus routes to town, the #hospital, Ipswich train station, Derby rd train station and BT. We have Aldi, Lidl, small Tesco, Co-op and various other shops and cafés close by. We are off jcn 57 of the A14 with routes to Felixstowe, the Midlands, and London via the A12. We are a quiet, busy household of professional people who work full time in and out of the property. We have a small friendly labrador dog. We look forward to welcoming you as our house guest.
