Double room available in large, three floored house in a quiet residential street in IP4.

Walking distance to hospital / Ipswich town centre. Close to bus and train connections to Woodbridge / Martlesham / Felixstowe.

From July I will be staying 90% of the time at my girlfriend's during the week, so you will for the majority of the time have the house to yourself. Facilities include power shower, AV system, large well-fitted kitchen, superfast broadband.

I will need references from your employer / existing accommodation. In return I can provide references from my two previous (female) tenants.
