Double Room - Town Centre IP1 with privet bathroom

What I’m looking for: Ideally a professional tenant or postgrad student. Looking for someone friendly who is happy to share a beer or chat after work, but also respectful of each other’s space.

The Flat: Room available is double room . Currently furnished with bed and wardrobe but happy to discuss adding other bits (desk or drawers) if needed. You will have your own bathroom.

There’s big living room with 75inch TV and kitchen and outside space covered courtyard and upper yard with seating and BBQ. Kitchen well equipped (dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer etc). You will be shearing the flat with only one other person. Makes the room the ideal place if you want to feel stalled and comfortable.

The flat is 10 minutes away from the train station and less than 3 minutes from M&S, The cinema and the gym.

I am news producer working in London, would be commuting to london 3 days a week.

Happy to discuss rent rate if you can walk the dogs on my working days.
