Double Room private bathroom - Town Centre IP1

What I’m looking for: Ideally a professional tenant or postgrad student. Looking for someone friendly who is happy to share a beer or chat after work, but also respectful of each other’s space. My dogs have access to the whole flat except your room so must be happy living with

The Flat: Room available is on the small size, but is a double. Currently furnished with bed and wardrobe but happy to discuss adding other bits (desk or drawers) if needed. You also have access to your own bathroom.

There’s also a spacious living room, separate kitchen and outside space covered courtyard and upper yard with seating and BBQ. Kitchen well equipped (dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer etc). You are welcome to access rest of flat freely, although I will sometimes need to the lounge to work.
