I am currently renting a lovely two bedroom flat in Ipswich town centre. I'm looking for a potential flatmate as I miss the company. The flat came unfurnished so you would need to supply your own bed, wardrobe etc.
I would like a flatmate that is more like a friend and would enjoy socialising and watching movies or playing xbox together. I would like to either meet or video chat a few times and you would have to agree to go on the tenancy. The initial tenancy ends in February.
I also have a cat so any pets would need to be discussed. Will happily provide images etc on request.
