Double ensuite room in town center apartment.

I am currently renting a lovely two bedroom flat in Ipswich town centre. I'm looking for a potential flatmate to join my tenancy.
I would prefer to share with females and am looking for a clean and respectful flatmate.
You will have your own large room with ensuite and plenty of access to the communal spaces.
I am very easy going and have a cleaner who currently comes every other week that I would up to weekly once I find someone. I do however like a reasonably clean environment.
I would like to either meet or video chat a few times and you would have to agree to go on the tenancy. The initial tenancy ends in February.
I also have a cat so any pets would need to be discussed. Will happily provide images etc on request.
