Looking for a housemate in a quiet area

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a housemate to move into a house I rent. I'm searching fora clean, tidy and professional who is looking to live in a quiet, out-of-the-way, cul-de-sac.

House includes 1 bathroom + 1 downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen, small garden and 2 bedrooms.

There's ample off-road parking and 1-minute drive to the Aldi/Morrisons and the A14.

Bedroom available comes furnished with a kingsize bed and mattress, integrated wardrobe and chest of drawers, desk, shelving and TV.

The total rent is £895, which will be split between both of us. (~£450), bills are separate to rent.

A little about me, I'm a friendly, laid-back nerd who works in the NHS, and although I would enjoy making friends with a housemate, I also understand everyone's need for their personal space away from the rest of the world! I'm not one for regular late nights out although I do enjoy a trip to pub every now and again! Board games and video games with friends are a good night in for me.
