Double or King Size Bed in 2-Bed Apartment

Fully Furnished 2 Bed Apartment. Parking. Marina View. 24 hour hot water. Centrally heated. All amenities (TV, Microwave, Oven, Cooktop, Fridge, Washer, Dryer, etc.). Conceirge. Intercom. At hand available maintenance (free).

Important: Please note that, I am LOOKING FOR A FLATMATE. I have invested a lot in the furniture of this apartment.

Note: The parking is very secure (guarded, underground) but I occupy the parking currently. Can share the underground parking if need be. However, there is plenty of off road parking available around the area.

I am the current Tenant and looking for a flatmate for the above mentioned property on urgent bases.
The apartment is fully furnished, has all the amenities (most purchased by me) and is a ready to move-in apartment.
1 Bathroom (I keep it fairly clean and expect the same).

I am an Actuarial Analyst (numbers' guy) at AXA (insurance company). I work from home for 2-3 days a week. On weekends, I am mostly out or sometimes in if I like. I go to India 2 times a year for a month each and so you may have the apartment all to yourself during such times.

I am very inclusive and can get along with almost anyone.

I just have one filter unfortunately. I am a vegan/vegeterian and thus, am looking for someone who is the same or can avoid cooking non-vegeterian at home.

I have no other filter, whatsoever. All nationalities, gender, age, race, profession, sexuality, etc. are WELCOME.

I am open to any level of relationship with my flatmate as per their preference (being good friends or be just flatmates and co-existing).
