Important: Please note that, we are LOOKING FOR A FLATMATE. I have invested a lot in the furniture of this apartment. Note that the incoming flatmate will have 3 options to choose from. A £350 pcm living room, £450 pcm double room or a £550 pcm king sized room. We are open to adjust our ways accordingly.

Note: However, the parking is very secure (underground). Also, your friends and visitors need a permit which is not paid (free).

I am the current Tenant and looking for a flatmate for the above mentioned property on urgent bases.
The apartment is fully furnished, has all the amenities (most purchased by me) and is a ready to move-in apartment.
1 Bathroom (we keep it fairly clean and expect the same).

I am an Actuarial Analyst (numbers' guy) at AXA (insurance company). I work from home for 3-4 days a week. On weekends, I am mostly out or sometimes in if I like. I go to India 2 times a year for a month each and my flatmate visits 3 times a year so you may have the apartment all to yourself during such times.

We are very inclusive and can get along with almost anyone.

I just have one filter unfortunately. I am a vegan/vegeterian and thus, am looking for someone who is the same or can avoid cooking non-vegeterian at home.

We have no other filter, whatsoever. All nationalities, gender, age, race, profession, sexuality, etc. are WELCOME.

I am open to any level of relationship with my flatmate as per their preference (being good friends or be just flatmates).
