Two double rooms with built-in spacious wardrobes are available for immediate house share. The house is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Ipswich waterfront area. There is free parking and garage available. Three minutes walk will see you to the bus stop, grocery stores, nice restaurants, and pizza places. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to the university from the house.

There’s kitchen and beautiful garden available for your use. There are laundry machine, refrigerator, cooking pots, utensils, cutleries, and dishes for your use.
It’s important to respect other housemates and quiet times.

The first room comes with king bed, office table and chair and double built-in wardrobe for a professional or student use.

The second room, I call it, my room with my style of furnishing, comes unfurnished but can be furnished if that’s an option. It allows for one to get their bed and furnishing to decorate their space the way they like it.
