Hi, I’m Seth. I live in a modern three-bedroom townhouse on the Ipswich waterfront, just a short walk from the university, town centre, and train station. The house has a garden, two comfortable lounge areas to relax in, and two parking spaces to share.

You’ll have your own bathroom and a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. You’ll only be sharing the house with me, so it’s a relaxed and peaceful space.
