The Giraffe House is a delightful one-bedroomed house, set back from the road, with its own off-road parking, and garden - ideal for a single professional, or a couple looking for a short let. NB this is NOT a house share.
The accommodation is all on the ground floor, and includes the bedroom (can be arranged with one large double bed, or two singles), bathroom with electric shower, well-equipped kitchen and living room with sliding doors leading into the private garden.
There is underfloor heating, and very efficient insulation, making it cosy in winter.
The house is within walking distance of the town centre, theatres, and Waterfront, and on bus routes to the hospital, railway station etc.
All bills included (ie gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax).
Available from 31st December until 9th March 2026 (and other dates later in the year), minimum stay one week.
