I am looking to rent one of my bedrooms, a large double with a king size bed, no other rooms will be rented so it’ll be a private living arrangement. This house is a home so to be treated like so please. There is a kitchen, living room, dining room, two bathrooms (1 with bath) and large garden for use. There’s also a study available for use. There is 1 driveway parking space available and walking distance to the train station/ Ipswich hospital. No smokers please :)

I work all day and go to the gym after work most days, I don’t have parties or late nights and I have two free roam bunnies so animal lover required. I’m tidy, quiet and like a harmonious living arrangement 💛
