Furnished Double Bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat

Hi there,

I have a double room (furnished) available from early October in a 2nd floor Two Bedroom flat in a fully furnished home. Double Bed with your own toilet / shower - bath, shared living room / kitchen / Juliet Balcony.

Please note there are two beautiful indoor cats living at the property. All amenities as expected are included - car parking, washing machine, fridge / freezer, WiFi etc + 5 min walk to the nearest train station & local public transport link + 5-10 min walk to Ipswich Hospital.

Currently looking for a room mate as the current joint tenant will be moving out and will need a second person to share the property with.

Looking for a tidy / clean person, professional ideally & who likes cats and generally a nice person as home is an important place for me especially to wind down after work. I’m not a loud party person and likes to chill - my hobbies include, cars, F1, gaming etc. I do not smoke or drink.
