Looking for a lodger to move in from the beginning of July.

Household:
I am a live-in landlord, though I travel very frequently and am away much of the time. When I’m away, you’ll be sharing with one other professional (a family member) who is out for work most of the day. The house is very quiet and offers plenty of privacy.
