Nice clean room in friendly household

Nice clean room in cozy, happy house, only me here and three friendly cats. Two living rooms so if necessary you can have more of a private living room sometimes as I rarely use the second one. Clean and tidy and quiet. Nice neighbours.

I am a small business owner who will be in and out of the house as work demands. Im easygoing and relaxed and open to all sorts of different characters and the deposit is negotiable to some extent.


Photos are of the bedroom and the spare living room, decor is up to you if you are going to be long term. Won't be in your business, so long as your clean and tidy im not bothered how you keep your space and what you get up to. So long as your friendly alls well.
5 minute walk to the train station, 10 minute walk to town centre. 4 minute walk to co-op and barbers etc.
