Furnished Double room with shared bathroom

Double room in a quiet, spacious house, 1 mile from town centre. I am landlady who lives with 1 lodger and looking for 2nd lodger.

Fully fitted kitchen/dinner. Shared lounge. All bills included and off-street parking available.

There is no T. V in the house, as lounge is used more as a chill-out space but you can use your own tablet.

Would prefer someone who is independent, works full time - mainly outside the house and prefers vegetarian cooking. Most house cleaning in communal areas included, however there are a few shared jobs.

I can be flexible with the prescription, so any questions do ask!
