Furnished Double room with shared bathroom

Double room in a quiet, spacious house. I am landlady who lives with 1 lodger and looking for 2nd lodger.

Fully fitted kitchen/dinner. Shared lounge. All bills included and off-street parking available.

There is no T. V in the house, as lounge is used more as a chill-out space but you can use your own tablet.

Would prefer someone who is independent, works full time outside the house and is vegetarian. Most cleaning is done by myself, however there are a few shared jobs.

I can be flexible with the prescription, so any questions do ask!
