A bright, freshly decorated double room is available in a welcoming, well-maintained flat just a short walk from Ipswich Marina, the town centre and Ipswich train station. The A12 and A14 are also easily accessible, making it ideal for commuters.

The room is fully furnished and you'll be sharing the flat with me, the owner. Shared areas include the bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony, plus access to a large communal roof terrace on the same floor.
