Furnished double room North West Ipswich

I have a large recently decorated room available in my house. I am a 43 year old single (separated) male, and currently live with my cat and occasionally look after a dog.

You would have shared use of the kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms, living room, garden, home gym and driveway. Gas/electric/water/WiFi/council tax bills included.

Well equipped house: smart TV in bedroom, shared washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc.

Castle Hill area of Ipswich. The house is on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise and light pollution, but it also on a bus route and has local amenities within walking distance.

Ideally I would like to rent the room to somebody who, like me, is clean, a non-smoker, employed, easy to get on with, relatively laid back.

I would prefer a female.

I would expect you to be considerate; assist in keeping the shared areas relatively clean and tidy; treat my property with respect; not leave guests unaccompanied; not use/keep drugs on the premises; keep noise levels sensible at night.

This is a tolerant household, therefore any race, religion, sexuality etc is welcome, but if you have strong far right opinions we would not get on, so please do not apply.
