Mon - Fri let

Description

Single room within a fully renovated modern flat.
Close walking distance from/to Ipswich railway station and the centre of town.
Room has a single bed, double wardrobe with drawers, desk & chair
Open plan lounge/snug/kitchen area and whilst the main bathroom is 'shared' I have my own en-suite so rarely use.
All bills and high speed internet are included.
Weeknights only so ideally suits someone who works in the Ipswich area and is looking for a quiet space to stay but must have a registered address elsewhere in the UK (for weekends).
Having experienced house sharing myself in the past I like to think I'm offering a friendly, clean and comfortable atmosphere to suit any age range.
Parking on site is by permit only - whilst I’m unable to provide such a permit there is the potential to rent one from the Management Company who currently charge £30 per month - this is an additional charge.
Alternatively, previous lodgers have found nearby road side parking or have travelled to Ipswich by train
If you are a clean and tidy professional (or a sensible student) and would like to pop round to take a look, it will be great to hear from you :)
Thanks Gill (live in landlady)
