Quiet room nr Ipswich Rail Stn (Mon to Fri)

Double room within a modern flat.
Close walking distance from/to Ipswich railway station and the centre of town.
Room has a double bed, sofa, double wardrobe & drawers, desk & chair
Open plan snug/kitchen area and whilst the main bathroom is 'shared' I have my own en-suite so rarely use.
All bills and high speed internet are included.
Weeknights only so ideally suits someone who works in the Ipswich area and is looking for a quiet space to stay but must have a registered address elsewhere in the UK (for weekends).
Having experienced house sharing myself in the past I like to think I'm offering a friendly, clean and comfortable atmosphere to suit any age range.
