This house has been designed to preferably accommodate professionals who are looking for excellent and very comfortable accommodation with private bathroom facilities.

The house/apartment is located in Ipswich town centre and close to the marina area (parking available in nearby pay and display car parks but not included in the rent). All rooms are fully furnished (including TVs, double beds, wardrobes etc) and ALL rooms have en-suite bathrooms, some including bath as well as shower unit.

There are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and in the communal area and wireless internet is available throughout the house. The communal areas and all bathrooms are cleaned weekly by the cleaner, which is a complimentary service offered by us.

The prices of the rooms are relative to the size of the room.

The medium double room is on the ground floor of the property and includes a double bed, a bedside tablet, a television and a desk unit. The room is en-suite and has a bath with a shower over it, a toilet and small hand basin which is cleaned every other week by a cleaner. This is a complimentary service provided by us as mentioned above.

The medium double en suite room available from 16/06/2022 is £440 per month (£362.21 rent payment and approx. £77.79 council tax payment, which will need to be paid directly to Ipswich Borough Council and they will contact you direct to arrange this).

The property also has a communal kitchen/lounge area that offers washing machine, separate tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle and toaster. There is a TV in the communal area as well as dining space for the six tenants.
