Downstairs there is a wet room with a toilet. Upstairs is a bathroom with a bath and shower and separate toilet so in effect, two toilets two showers and a bath.

Downstairs comprises of a lounge and conservatory. There is wooden flooring downstairs and the lounge has a flat screen TV and comfy leather sofas. There is also a central new heating

We have a large garden and there is a large driveway with off road parking for 3/4 cars.

The property is situated two minutes from the local shops and health center. We have a bus stop a few steps from the front door. The house is less than a mile from Ipswich station.

We have a side access to the house which is perfect if you keep a bike.

All bills are included in the rent including Broadband.

A twice monthly cleaning service is included for the common areas, during full occupancy.
