Room for rent is a double room with ensuite bathroom (WC and power shower). Currently furnished with double bed and chest (pictured) but items such as a work desk and/or wardrobe can be added if required.

Large kitchen and dining area is a fantastic shared space. Kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with gas range cooker, air fryer, slow cooker, fridge/freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. Fully double glazed with gas central heating.

Free parking on street outside.

There is also a lovely communal green space across from the front of the house where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air.

Situated in East Ipswich on Route 66 (2 mins walk to bus stop), 15 mins walk into town centre. Close driving distance to BT Adastral Park (15 mins), Ipswich Hospital (5 mins).

Your room will be cleaned once a week (usually Friday mornings).

You will be sharing with one professional female and one professional male (both single) who have lived here for years! The house is usually nice and quiet with the occasional friendly chat in the kitchen. Very occasional overnight guests permitted, with prior approval.

£650 deposit and full references required. £650 pm including bills (except landline telephone calls). BT Superfast Fibre Broadband Wifi and Netflix included.
