We have a basement flat to rent, the flat is part furnished with a spacious hallway, double bedroom, kitchen/living room and shower room. The flat does not have a washing machine however there is a laundrette up the road, alternatively if you wanted to look at getting one plumbed in we are happy for this to be looked at.
The flat is very spacious and in an ideal location.

We have two dogs so the tenant would need to be okay with this as they have open access to the garden. The flat can be accessed via double patio doors at the back of the house where we have off road secure parking. The flat is self contained so the tenant will not have access to the rest of the house but access to the garden.

Ideally we are looking for professionals who have a love for dogs. We are always looking for someone to take care of our two dogs whenever we go away, so this would be an added bonus.

The flat is located close to the town centre, hospital and the waterfront.
