En-suite room available now

Hi there!

We are looking to fill a large en-suite room in a house share of five (currently 4 guys) on the east side of town. All bills are included. With on road parking En-suite: £415.

All rooms are clean and neatly furnished, with bed, desk, wardrobe and chests of drawers.

The house is a classic Victorian terraced house, characteristic of the area. The kitchen includes all white goods, including tumble dryer. The living room has a Television, with license built into the rent. There is also a toilet downstairs. There is a bathroom shared between 4 people (as 1 room as an en-suite), with a bath and shower facility.

Wireless Broadband is also included within the rent, as well as someone coming to clean the communal areas of the house once a week.

All people living in the house are either employed professionals or mature students in their twenties or early thirties.

Ipswich is served by train operator National Express, and has its main railway station on Burrell Road which is 1. 3 miles from the house.

The station is on the InterCity main line to London, and has 3 direct services per hour running to the capital Monday - Saturday daytimes taking just over an hour to reach Liverpool Street station. There are also direct links to Colchester, Stratford, Bury St. Edmunds, Cambridge, Ely, Peterborough, Norwich, Felixstowe, Lowestoft and a large number of other places.

It is possible to get to almost all major towns and cities in the UK from Ipswich with no more than two changes of train (in most cases only one). Ipswich also has another, smaller, unstaffed railway station called 'Derby Road', on the Felixstowe line.
