Double room in a nice home close to town center

Hi there,

Mid terraced house 8 minutes walk from Ipswich town centre and 5 minutes walk from Christchurch Park, and near the Woolpack pub.
I am a live in landlady looking for 1 professional, clean and respectful lodger (preferably lady) for my house. I have a snoozy ginger cat that lives here too so must be ok with cats :)
Happy to share the whole house, and the garden is also available with chairs and a table to sit out in when the sun comes out.
Room available is a fair sized furnished double room overlooking the garden with lots of natural light, and a TV.
