An exciting opportunity to live 2 minutes away from the town centre, 2 minutes away from Christchurch Park, 15 minutes from the train station and a stroll to pubs and bars.

Great house in a great location - primarily sharing with one other!

I am offering this lovely light double furnished room!
This house is across 4 floors with the basement comprising of the open plan kitchen/ living room, the 1st floor contains the huge bathroom which is shared - this also includes roll top bath and walk in shower - a bit of wow factor to the house!

I’m looking for another lodger who is clean, tidy and respectful of others. I’m looking for someone who likes to socialise, but also gives space especially after a busy day at work - just a note, I have 1 lodger currently in this house and that is who you would primarily live with as mostly I’m in London.

There is also a cleaner who has been with me for over 3 years, so she knows how I like to keep the house!

In regards to parking - as there are only 2 spaces and I use it when I’m home (sometimes I can be home for a week at a time) I need to officially offer the room ‘no parking available’ but of course when I’m not there, there is space to park. You can also park your car in neighbouring streets if required.

I myself work in London and am home at least once a week if not more (sometimes less), so it’s really important for me to find someone who is respectful of my home and will treat it as if it was there’s also.
