Spacious Bedroom with King Sized bed and furniture. Plenty of space to add a furniture if required. Private Living room with comfy sofa and 40" 4k (HD) TV. Finally your own bathroom with bath and shower. We have fast fiber broadband and Eero WiFi mesh.

Fully stocked shared Kitchen downstairs. Separate cupboard in pantry to keep food. Shared access to Washing machine & tumble dryer.

The house is positioned at the very back of grange farm with views onto the bridle way and farms. Space for a car to park at the front of the house. Grange farm is well connected to Ipswich central, hospital and Martlesham by the 66 bus route.

You'll be joining myself, my wife and cat. I'm 36 British and she is 26 Thai. I work from home 5 days a week and she is studying part time at Suffolk college. We are a little geeky\introverted and generally friendly and relaxed.

We like to keep a clean, quiet house and would like anyone joining us to help do the same. We have a cat so someone who likes cats (& not allergic) would be preferred. Sadly we can't consider someone joining us with pets as our cat is nervous around other animals. Neither of us smoke and we don't like the smell so I'm afraid no smokers.

All the rooms have been recently painted, with new carpets. Happy to help put few pictures on the wall within reason. A garage is available if you have some boxes that need storing.
