Large double - wardrobe, two bedisde tables and bookcase. But feel free to change up as needed.

Small double - bedisde table, desk, chest of drawers. But feel free to change up as needed.

Both rooms have a dedicated (not ensuite) bathroom, so no bathroom sharing really needed.

Large garden with a hot tub, and BBQ/Pizza Oven.

There is also a fully kitted out games room - so ideally you like stuff like that - youre welcome to join me for a game or two.
