Two rooms available to rent in a nice quiet street in the Kirkley area of Lowestoft, a fair size single room and a good size double room, both bedrooms are furnished and can come with bedding or you can supply your own if you wish.

The beds are only about a year old and wardrobes etc are new in both rooms and so is the carpet in the double room.

Looking for professional people. Strictly non-smoking residence, but allowed outside only.

Lounge- with 55'' TV, and internet.

Kitchen- fan oven, shared fridge/freezer for Lodgers only, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, use of pans, etc. New washing machine & new tumble dryer (wet day use only)

Dining room is a good size and is currently being redecorated.

Bathroom- bath with shower, WC, washbasin & cabinet, and wall cabinet. (Lodgers have their own shared bathroom)

Garden-patio area with table and chairs.

*Parking is on the road and there is ample space. The road is blocked off at the bottom so there is no through traffic and it is very quiet, especially at night.

Close to local shops, takeaways, beach (approximately 8 minute walk) and bus stop. The bus stop is at the top of the road with links to Norwich, Lowestoft town centre, Train station, & bus station.

Bills are all included in the price including council tax.

All rooms in the house are in a very good decorated order.
