Comfortable and friendly house

A recently-decorated and comfortable furnished room is available in my three-bedroom terraced house, which includes plenty of sitting and social space. It's a two-minute walk to the beach and a fifteen-minute walk into town from here; the train and bus stations are close by, as well as lots of local shops.
