Rural ecohouse - your own sitting room and kitchen

Available now for single occupancy, for a minimum of six months, preferably longer.
This is a lovely space within my home for one working professional. There is a small double bedroom (with a large built-in wardrobe), your own sitting room and kitchen (with dishwasher). You will have primary use of the bathroom right next to the bedroom.
Friendly household sharing an architect-designed ecohouse in open countryside and within easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge.
The monthly rent shown includes council tax and TV licence. We share the electricity bill and the cost of the weekly professional cleaner.
Peaceful rural setting between Newmarket and Cambridge with great cycling, walks, running and riding on the doorstep (and amazing wildlife). There are several pub-restaurants in the surrounding villages.
I'm looking for a clean and tidy non-smoking housemate who will be enthusiastic about the resident animals (two cats and four horses) and who would help out with feeding them when needed.
Looking for somebody who also works full time with working hours that don't usually involve getting up before 6 or getting home after 10.
As you can see from the photos, there is plenty of green outside space.
There are two railway stations (with free parking) within 6 or 7 miles, at Dullingham and at Newmarket with regular train services to Cambridge and London in one direction and Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich in the other. You would need a car as the local bus services barely exist.
