Room For Rent

Here i have my furnished double room for rent. I'm looking for an Immaculate professional that will have the whole house to their self for 5 days of the week. I work away so will be home early Fridays and out the door early on a Monday. I keep my property in a clean maintained state so I will expect you to keep it like that too. I'm an easy going guy that would like my tenant to feel welcome. The room will have a TV provided on the wall with free view and Netflix access along with all the smart TV apps, this is also provided in the living room. I do have extra storage space if needed, offered at a negotiable price. There is plenty of parking space and a local co op store that's a 5 minute walk from the property. Fully usable clean kitchen for use and i have spare empty cupboards for storage along with fridge freezer.
