Fully furnished, bright double room in a quiet, semi-rural house. TV, WiFi and its own private bathroom, however access to bathroom would be required 2-3 times a week to bath baby. Small patio and garden, shared living room and kitchen. Bills included, 2 mins walk to main bus routes, 3 miles from Sudbury train station, 15 min walk to local amenities. 2 owner-occupiers, 1 baby and a small, quiet Cocker Spaniel.
