We have a stunning double room to rent in our awesome converted barn dating back to 1806! The room boasts over 18 square metres of floor space with twin aspect looking out over the paddocks to the front and the old farm to the rear. The room has recently been completely renovated and now includes solid oak wooden floors a new paint scheme and electrical sockets complete with USB charging capability. This room will benefit of sole use of the bathroom adjacent to it, which includes a bath, toilet and basin. The bathroom also has ample storage and a towel warmer. The barn itself is stunning, fully underfloor heated downstairs, log burner and radiators provide heat upstairs. The barn is very spacious and has ample parking. We both work in the offshore energy sector and both commute locally to our places of work. We enjoy nights out at our local pub, horse riding, walks, cycling and generally are easy going people. We regularly visit London for long weekends and enjoy attending the theatre. We do have two male cats, they mostly go out during the summer months and during winter they prefer to remain indoors. The Garden is about ¼ acre and is stunning in the summer; it also has a large shed with room to store bikes etc. This truly is a special place to live, with horses grazing out the front, all manner of birds in the large ponds around the house. We are both very social people and enjoy having a laugh and spending time with like-minded people! The property is with easy reach of the A47 (Was A12), the local pub serves amazing food and there is a local café which is also good! The house is conveniently located within 5 minutes of a coop and petrol station!
