Clean room to let in quiet house for working professional person.

The bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers, you would need to provide your own bed linen.

Access to shared kitchen, washing machine, garden. The bath shower and toilet are also shared. I am looking for a tidy, clean, quiet professional person who will respect my home. It is important the tenant will tidy up after themselves.

All bills included also fast broadband.

I am a live in landlord. The house is within easy walking distance of Lowestoft town and railway station. Proof of ID is a must and conformation of place of work. I also require a tenancy reference check which I will pay for..

Please note this is a drug free household and social drinkers only please. Smoking is allowed but only in the garden. The room is usually taken quite quickly.

I would prefer a male flatmate as all the other flatmates are male.
