Room furnished with at least a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a study desk. Study desks can be removed if not required.

Lounge room furnished with sofa, single arm chair, coffee table and TV stand.

Bills included.

Off road parking in your designated space, washing machine, dishwasher and garden with sun lounger.

Wifi provided.

Downstairs ensuite room, lounge and conservatory reserved for owner as alternative lounge area available for lodger upstairs. Only one lodger will be resident at anytime.

Drug and smoke free house. No large gatherings or excessively loud music. Please keep the place tidy. Smoking allowed outside.

References will be essential and have some simple rules on tidiness and guests. Potential to use a tenant referencing agency.
