Double room to let

Available sometime within April . It has an in built cupboard/pseudo-wardrobe which reduces the need for one in the room and a bed. Sky TV is optional in the bedroom but you’ll need to provide your own TV. Room has sunlight from midday until sunset. I use my en suite so you'd essentially have your own bathroom (with the exception of guests using the loo).

Looking to have a relaxed atmosphere as I am an easygoing, relaxed chap, very talkative and informal. I expect you to behave yourself, be above board and treat the property with respect. The shared areas of the house can be used within reason, discussion to be had surrounding this.

I’m more than happy to take somebody on long term if that’s something people would like but it’s open to negotiation. The house facilities are naturally included.
