A double room to rent in easy going household with broadband, full use of lounge, kitchen and shared bathroom.

Smoking is allowed in your room or at the open back door/garden only.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over and separate WC which is shared with the other lodgers.

The lounge is available for your use (including Freeview and DVD player) and there is all the usual cooking equipment in the kitchen plus a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The garden is a work in progress and not huge but does provide an outside space.

There are 4 cats 2 of which are youngsters and one is grumpy so if you don't like cats this is not the house for you.

If you are quite chilled, without OCDs about tidiness but can do your washing up and pay the rent then call me.
