I have a single room in my house in a lovely part of lowestoft which has become available it has a double bed in, there is broadband available and rent includes all bills except food and toiletries which you will provide yourself. I am a single mother who lives here with my 2 children and family dog. smoking is permitted but only outside there is a garage and a driveway available. no deposit however one months rent is required.
