Room to let

i have a single room, with wardrobe, sky multi room will b conected once tenant moves in, but will need own tv, i have 4 cats and a very old small dog, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer that the tenant may use, use of bathroom and kitchen, but will expect to b kept clean at all times, this is a room let not the whole house. the tenant will need to supply there own food. The college is close by and so is town centre.
