Single room for rent near college in nice area

Single room for rent, have 1 other lodger renting another room. My self stay at the house with my wife about one weekend a month as we work away. The room it's self is a standard single room but you will have full use of the house. I would need £200 deposit and 1 months rent up front. I will be asking you to sign a contract and take a copy of a photograph ID (passport, driving licence etc), proof of previous address and I will ask for a reference. I am looking for quite a tidy person as I am away a lot.
