Lovely house by the sea seeks friendly housemate

One fully furnished double room to let in our newly refurbished house just a minutes walk away from the best bit of beach in Lowestoft. Also within walking distance is Cefas, Pakefield, Lowestoft town centre, Asda, and a co-operative supermarket. We are on a bus route which takes you straight into town - giving quick and easy access to Lowestoft College, Library and council offices.

The house is currently lived in by two women - one the landlady, one a lodger - both professionals (primary school teacher and yoga teacher). We also have a lovely cat called Tango.

We have an English cottage garden at the front and a yard at the back which is currently being renovated.

We are looking for a second lodger / house-mate who is easy going, friendly and who will treat the space, the house, and the people with respect.

The house is a big old house with three floors and has been recently renovated.

We are all independent and live independently - however we occasionally socialise together and cook together - as and when we all see fit.

The rent includes all bills except use of landline phone - which is chargeable per usage - but wifi is free. Cleaning and cost of cleaning is shared by all house-mates.

Lodgers can share all the rooms apart from my private quarters and the (obviously) the other lodgers rooms.

Sometimes the house is busy with visitors and at other times it's quiet - but there is plenty of space for everyone to be doing different things at the same time.
