Double furnished room, modern, clean, nicely dec

Included in the room are: 42" flatscreen TV with sky multiroom including movies. Amazon prime, Netflix and Playstation 3. We also have fibre optic WiFi. There is a double bed, double wardrobe with mirror, desk and chair, bookcase, two bedside cabinets and shelving. There is a newly renovated, shared shower room and toilet next to the room. There is also a downstairs toilet.
We have a good sized garden which is laid with artificial grass. You will have use of the entire house and appliances etc. All bills etc included.
We do have dogs who are extremely friendly so, the applicant must be a dog lover. The dogs are not allowed upstairs.
We don't mind smokers but, smoking must be done outside.
We are very easy going and would welcome you as one of the family. We both work and would like someone who works also.
