I have a lovely double room and single room to rent in a beautiful Victorian House in Lowestoft. The double 壣440 pcm and the a single at 壣350 pcm with all bills included. It is just me and my partner who live here, we also have a pet dog and cat who are very friendly. The house is very large, you will have your own fridge, use of the garden, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom/toilet, there are 2 living rooms within the house, a dining room, large kitchen and utility room (washing machine), looking for a single occupant or couples are welcome.
