Small double room Lowestoft town centre

I am looking to replace my current housemate who is relocating for a promotion come July. Unsure whether he is leaving the furnishings at present but I will know closer to the time. You will need to be in employment or self employed and DSS is not accepted. It's a non-smoking property complete with Sky, fibre optic Broadband, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
